Neighbourhood watch: The 2020 NZGBS
It’s nationwide. It’s extremely helpful for our conservation efforts. And it’s on again this week! The New Zealand Garden Bird Survey is on in 2020 from the 27th of June to the 5th of July.
What’s on the menu: Willowbank
Willowbank is an iconic wildlife sanctuary different generations of Kiwis (quite literally) have grown up with. With an incredibly diverse range of wildlife the park’s team needs to always ensure feed is exactly suited to each individual animal.

The thought that counts
The 2019 New Zealand Garden Bird Survey will take place between the 29th of June and the 7th of July. During this time thousands of Kiwis will take one hour out of their day with a hot cuppa and a pen and pad to sit down and record the birds in their backyard, local park or school.
